DEMENTIA DENIED

Dementia is all in the human mind. This may seem like a trite thing to say. but lets look more closely at it.

God is not a physical being. God is the divine Mind. He is omniscient and the source of all creative Thought and the unseen energy behind the universe. The Bible tells us that we are God's children made in His likeness and the we live and move in Him. This "child" is our soul which is eternal. just as God is eternal. It reflects God's Thoughts and is an integral part of God but it is not God. The godly thought that our consciousness reflects are not the every day ones that that run our human lives. They are those which set us apart from all other living things and allow us to contemplate and communicate with God. Thoughts of love and truth.

God does not have dementia therefore neither does our soul. So why does the human mind get dementia? Because our consciousness has become a poor mirror for our soul. It has become clouded over by our human ego and does not properly reflect our souls God given perfection. Our human ego has been subtly deceiving us that we know more that God and that we don't need him in our lives ( The Garden of Eden analogy). We must awake from our complacency and deny this lie, this deception propagated by our human ego. This lie was the original sin and it has father many more lies since the original deception. Dementia is the lie that your brain can't function properly. when we clear our consciousness of the denial of God's power His healing love will turn our darkness into glorious sunshine. We must pray to have that mind in us which was also in Christ Jesus. Everyone that has this hope in Christ will purify himself even as he is pure.. Our mind will be clear and function as it should.
