speak the word only and thy servant shall be healed

Words are first formed in thought before they are spoken. Similarly, love is initiated by thought. God is divine Mind, pure creative thought or love. when the centurian asked Jesus to heal his servant he did so out of love and with an absolute faith in Jesus. These are the essential elements for a healing: love and faith in God. Our souls reflect God's ideas. They live and move and have there being in God, the divine Mind. They are part of the divine mind and they communicate within the divine Mind. Jesus transmitted the thought of God's love for the servant which cleared his consciousness. The servant' human ego was preventing his consciousness from reflecting the perfection of his soul. Once the servant acknowledge that God not his human ego was all powerful he was healed.
